How to Use
1. Apply 1-2 layers of our highly-pigmented, waterproof and long-wear Magnetic Eyeliner formula using the brush-on precision tip applicator.
2. Allow 2-3 minutes to dry for an all-day, guaranteed hold.
3. Apply your Magnetic Lash and allow it to lock into place for a comfortable all-day wear.
